Welcome to Trident Haveli

"Haveli" means, a palacial house in Western India. For long the word “HAVELI’ symbolized wealth and prosperity, wealthy traders use to commission master craftsmen to build these Havelis, with intricately carved wooden doors, quaint Jharokhaas , and fresco paintings. It continues to be an, object of aspiration even today. And Food being an item, of prime importance, in India. In these Havelis too, during each meal time, there use to be lavish spread of traditional food for the entire joint family and their guests.

In keeping with this tradition “ Trident’s Haveli” tries to recreate that same gourmet experience during Lunch and Dinner, by setting up a bountiful buffet. Trident’s Haveli will take you on a Culinay journey, full of Aroma’s and Flavours of Gujarat and Rajasthan using a large collection of traditional spices, herbs, fresh Vegetables, Milk, Curd, Ghee etc. As Trident Hospitality has a strong bond with the travel agents and tour operators of Western India, now Trident Hospitality has taken the word Haveli, which has got a rich past, and named their chain of Restaurants as Trident’s Haveli.
